Recent Adoptions

August was a good month for our little rescue.  These are some of our recent adoptions:

Cora

Thank you Moore family for providing this older girl with a wonderful home!

The following picture came from her new family. The captions read:

She's napping on the cool floor now, just enjoying life.

She loves sitting on her bed.

She and Nacho (the cat) are cohabiting peacefully.Feeding time usually brings them together.

The last picture caption said that "Cora went to the groomer and had a nice bath and brush. She sat in the car seat on the way home."

Haichi

This big guy has officially been adopted by the Gibson family! Haichi has already made himself part of this wonderful family!

Loki
Will update when we receive pictures from Loki's new family.

Adopted!!

MAY 2018 UPDATE

Trouble has found a home! We are excited to announce that after a year at the rescue Trouble has found a forever home! We are very excited for him!

We still have other Barn Cats available for adoption

What is a Barn Cat?

We have healthy, sterilized barn cats in need of new outdoor homes. These barn cats are feral (semi-wild) and need to live at a farm, horse stable, warehouse, plant nursery, or other suitable outdoor location.

Veterinarian care has been given (sterilized, rabies shot, and vaccinated). $25 adoption fee. The property owners only responsibility will be to provide daily food/water, and protection from the elements. After a short period of secure confinement, the barn cats will accept your barn as their new home.

The barn cats will keep rodents away from grain and food storage areas. If you own or manage property and have permission for long-term placement of animals on the property, please call us! We will assist you while the barn cats settle into their new home.

Rescue Insurance Fundraiser

It is time for the Justin Animal Alliance to pay for our yearly liability insurance. This is a hidden yearly operational expense that not many people think about.

This insurance is to provide liability insurance for the rescue in many capacities, it is mandatory for off site adoption events, as well as volunteers at the rescue. It is protection for all of the what if's that can happen in the world. We feel is it a crucial expense to the operation of the rescue.

If you have wanted to help homeless animals, but do not have the time, this is a great way to help make it possible so that others who have the time to help, can help.

Our goal was to have the funds to renew our insurance by the end of March this year.

Please help us with this yearly operational expense. The amount has increased since last year so we really need your help. We are a 501(c)3 so your donation is tax deductible. A contribution of any amount is appreciated. Thank you!

Please use justinanimalalliance@yahoo.com
to donate via Paypal. Thank you!

Five Siblings

We have five siblings there were pulled from the Ft. Worth Shelter. They were on the euthanasia list because of their temperament. The five siblings are lacking in human socialization.

We are not sure of their story but since they are siblings, the assumption is that they were just left in the backyard, receiving little if any human interaction. The siblings are all in good physical condition. They are only lacking in human attention and interaction.

Please contact us if you think you can give any of them a loving home.

We are also open to fosters for the siblings. Preferably one siblings at a time, so they have time to trust and bond with whomever takes them in.
