Film Public Service Announcement by Art Institute of Dallas Students

The Art Institute of Dallas students are doing a film Public Service Announcement on the importance of Spaying and Neutering for The Justin Animal Alliance.  We need people to volunteer for filming opportunities here on the rescue and at our events.  If you are interested in helping out and being on film over the next 5 weeks, please contact us for more information.  justinanimalalliance@yahoo.com

Adoption Event at Tractor Supply a Success!

We had 3 adoptions yesterday at the Tractor Supply Pet Appreciation Week Adoption Event!

Update on the Outside Cat Pen

We finally finished wrapping the cat pen with chicken wire to keep the kittens from going out the wholes in the chain link.

Then we had to decide where on the land to moved it to.  We decided on a location under a tree for shade and spent hours clearing the inside of the pen to make it ready for the cats.

Of course now that we have gone through all of this trouble (and got a number of insect bites) we have decide yet again to move it.  The only thing we are happy about is that we did not start of the metal roof yet.  That would have made it much harder to move.  We will be moving the cat pen to it's new location Saturday morning before the adoption event at the new Tractor Supply in Roanoke TX on 377 just North of 114.  The event is from 10am to 6pm.  Hope to see you there!
